  Please, avoid this clinic. Been there 4 times to fix 1 problem but was left in agony and pain. After first visit the filling fell out, the same happened after second visit. After 3rd visit it was fixed, but had too big gap left in between tooth so had to come back because my gum kept swelling up, but this time I changed dentist in the same clinic, so he replaced the filling for the 4th time. Now it's been a week since my last visit and I am in pain and agony, and the cause is the same tooth that got fixed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but apparently dentists are inexperienced and incompetent. Waste of time and money!

  Highly recommended, wonderful practice and Suraj Patel is an excellent dentist who makes you feel relaxed and calm. He'll never do anything without explaining it through with you first.

  After hearing similar reviews on Spotted Witney Facebook today I thought I would add mine as it's very similar. First off the actual Dentists I have nothing negative to say. This is purely for the receptionists and Hygienist. Receptionists...if you're an NHS patient expect to be treated and spoken to differently. Really rude receptionist who works there full time (you know who you are) More concerned about what she's having for lunch at 9am in the morning than dealing with the patients. Blunt and rather snobbish for a girl who is just a receptionist. Seems to look down on people. Not sure why?? Some people get a good morning and others get nothing but a stare and a.....yes. I asked one girl if I could make a follow up appointment. She said to me "well we don't know everyone's name, what is it?" I think it would of been much quicker, polite and easier to have said...sure can I take your name. Sarcy cow! Hygienist..Kept me waiting 15 mins over my appointment time because she was talking to her friend in the waiting room and having a good socialising session. So professional! Then she rushed my appointment and didn't clean my teeth properly. As was confirmed by my dentist as I saw him a week later. No apology or refund was offered. To sum it up. Don't go here if you're an NHS patient. You will be treated differently. If you have a posh accent then feel free you'll be welcomed with open arms. Nobody is better than anyone else in this world. Receptionist, take a long hard look in the mirror and realise you aren't number one.
